Tier-gated per TOS-CORRECTED §3 (rev May 23, 2026): Spark includes the GBP audit + initial one-time setup; Ignite adds ongoing weekly posts and AI-assisted review responses; Amplify adds customer Q&A monitoring and advanced posts. No. That's the whole point. We handle everything on the backend so you can focus on running your restaurant. You get notifications and reports, but no dashboard login required.
We train it specifically for your restaurant's menu, policies, and tone. If it ever makes a mistake, we get notified and fix it. You're always in control with real-time alerts.
It depends on your customer volume and how many past-customer contacts you can hand us on day one. Rather than quote an average we cannot back up, we put a floor in writing: the Spark guarantee is ≥8 new published reviews in your first 60 days, assuming you provide ≥150 past-customer contacts within 7 days of onboarding, or we keep working at no charge until met or 90 days, whichever comes first.
No. We follow SMS marketing best practices: customers opt in, we segment by preference, and we respect frequency caps. Your message rate stays high because we do it right.
Setup runs about a week. From there the system runs on its own: review requests go out after every visit, your profile gets posted to, and your monthly report shows what moved. The only number we put in writing is the Spark review guarantee at 60 days — everything past that depends on your volume and where you are starting from.
