Do I have to log in to manage these systems?

No. That's the whole point. We handle everything on the backend so you can focus on running your restaurant. You get notifications and reports, but no dashboard login required.

What if the AI phone system gets it wrong?

We train it specifically for your restaurant's menu, policies, and tone. If it ever makes a mistake, we get notified and fix it. You're always in control with real-time alerts.

How many reviews will I get per month?

Depends on your customer volume. Most restaurants see 8–15 new reviews monthly after Review Generation is live. Our Spark guarantee is concrete: ≥8 new reviews in your first 60 days, assuming you provide ≥150 past-customer contacts within 7 days of onboarding, or we keep working at no charge until met or 90 days, whichever comes first.

Will SMS campaigns get marked as spam?

No. We follow SMS marketing best practices: customers opt in, we segment by preference, and we respect frequency caps. Your message rate stays high because we do it right.

How long until I see results?

You'll see results within 30 days. Reviews start appearing, SMS open rates climb, AI phone handles its first calls. By day 60, you'll see measurable impact on foot traffic and reservations.
