Acceptable Use Policy
1. Lawful Use
You may not use InteractXP to violate any law or regulation, including federal, state, and local laws governing telemarketing (including TCPA), email marketing (including CAN-SPAM), consumer review fairness (including the FTC's Trade Regulation Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials), data privacy (including CCPA, NY SHIELD Act, and equivalents), and intellectual property.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not post, upload, send, or solicit content that:
- Infringes a third party's copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, or other intellectual property right.
- Defames, harasses, threatens, or stalks any individual or group.
- Contains explicit sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors.
- Promotes violence, self-harm, or hatred against a protected group.
- Contains malware, viruses, or code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems.
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, or designed to mislead — including fake reviews, fake follower counts, fake testimonials, or impersonations.
- Violates the rules of any third-party platform we integrate with (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok, Yelp).
3. Reviews and Testimonials
You may not buy reviews, exchange reviews for compensation that isn't disclosed, post reviews of your own business or a competitor's, or use any practice that the FTC has deemed deceptive under 16 CFR Part 465. InteractXP's reputation-management features are designed to solicit honest customer feedback; do not attempt to use them to suppress legitimate reviews.
4. SMS & Email
For SMS sent through InteractXP's pipeline, you must have prior express written consent from each recipient and provide proof on request. Marketing emails must include a working unsubscribe mechanism and your physical postal address. Do not send messages on behalf of brands you do not represent. Do not use harvested or rented contact lists.
5. AI-Powered Features
Do not misrepresent AI-generated output as human-authored when the law requires disclosure. Do not configure the AI phone agent or chatbot to deny that it is automated when a caller or user asks. Do not attempt to extract credentials, training data, or system prompts from our AI systems.
6. Security & Integrity
You may not:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without express written permission.
- Bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
- Use scraping, automated tools, or bots to extract data beyond what our published API allows.
- Interfere with another user's use of the service (denial of service, flooding, etc.).
- Forge headers, IP addresses, or message metadata.
7. Restaurant Client Conduct
Restaurant clients are responsible for the conduct of their staff and any third parties acting on their behalf. Clients must keep account credentials confidential and must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access. Clients may not use InteractXP to send communications that are not related to the restaurant's legitimate business.
8. Reporting Violations
To report a violation of this AUP, contact legal@interactxp.com. Copyright infringement notices must follow the procedure on our DMCA page.
9. Enforcement
We may, at our discretion: remove violating content; suspend or terminate access; preserve and disclose information to comply with legal process; or take other actions we deem appropriate. We are not obligated to monitor user content but reserve the right to do so.
10. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notice. Continued use following such notice constitutes acceptance.
